All subscription payments for Noriva are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited(“Paddle”), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, and refund requests on our behalf.
All paid plans include a 30-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Billing in your Noriva dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@noreva.app within 14 days of the charge. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with their refund policy.
