By creating an account or using Noriva, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. "Noriva" means the platform operated by [Your Name / Company], Lithuania.
Noriva provides software tools that allow businesses ("Businesses") to manage appointments and allow their customers ("Customers") to book appointments. Noriva is a platform intermediary — the contract for any appointment is between the Business and the Customer.

Noriva and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your data to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by Lithuanian and EU law, Noriva is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, unless EU consumer law gives you the right to use courts in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms. We will give at least 30 days notice for material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
